Street Art Cities

A group of Jaune's miniature city cleaners chilling and discussing somewhere outside the city center.

Ironic thing about this work is that the whole electricity box got cleaned (painted over) by city cleaners. Only thing they kept is Jaune's graffiti work... and the miniature cleaners look like they don't even bother.

So when does graffiti needs to be cleaned and when does it need to be kept?
