The mural by Alegrio del Prado functions as a vast contemporary cabinet of curiosities, an open collection of animals, objects and symbols that coexist as though they belonged to an imaginary museum.

Years ago, this space was the setting for an artistic intervention that became a symbol for the local community, transforming a forgotten space into a meeting place—a space for togetherness, celebration and the defence of collective rights. The disappearance of that mural left the neighbourhood without an icon that had transcended art to become a true community emblem.

This new intervention brings that heartbeat back to the neighbourhood. It recovers the spirit of the former "Solar del Conejo" through a renewed visual language: richer, more diverse and enigmatic. It does not replace the memory of what came before, but rather reactivates and expands it.

This mural transforms the façade into a shared story, a refuge for the imagination and a reminder that the symbols that give a neighbourhood its identity can be reborn, reinvented and continue to give meaning to the places we inhabit.
