Created for Festival Maravilha

Este mural convida a uma viagem visual e sensorial pelo património subaquático dos Açores, onde o real e o imaginário se fundem.
A composição reúne elementos da flora e fauna marinha local, em harmonia com vestígios arqueológicos e com a figura do mergulhador, explorador e testemunha desta história submersa.

Obra de arte pública criada por Oaktree no âmbito do projeto Ecoroute e do Festival Maravilha.

O projeto Ecoroute, cofinanciado pela União Europeia, é uma colaboração internacional entre Portugal, França e Grécia que visa valorizar o património cultural e natural subaquático das regiões dos Açores, Madeira e Martinica.

O Festival Maravilha foi criado para misturar o mar com a ilha, as pessoas entre si e todas as diferentes artes. É no mar, é na ilha, é Maravilha.

Little Fish from the Garden

This mural invites you on a visual and sensory journey through the underwater heritage of the Azores, where reality and imagination merge.

The composition brings together elements of local marine flora and fauna, in harmony with archaeological remains and the figure of the diver, explorer and witness to this submerged history.

The Maravilha Festival was created to blend the sea with the island, people with each other and all the different arts. It's in the sea, it's on the island, it's Maravilha.
