On Jerome Street, against the rear wall of 132 Exchange Building, Commercial Street, stands this girl by street artist Quint (@quint.art), an Indonesian street artist born on Sumatra who later moved to Jakarta and now lives and works in Bali. He was one of the key figures behind the revival of the street art scene in Bali.

Quint is known for his extremely detailed, entirely hand-cut stencils and spray-paint art. For each piece, he often first photographs or films his model to capture the most natural pose. He then translates these images into multi-layered stencils.

The woman in this stencil is forming a heart with her hands; these ‘heart hands’ frequently feature in the artworks Quint leaves behind during his travels. His aim is to convey a positive message in the harsh, urban environment, under the motto 'Spreading Love and Beauty'). The small, red spray-painted hearts are also part of that message.
