This beautiful piece by Welin is on a wall in the rooftop garden of the building at 140 Flinders St. It is visible from Level 12 of the ACDC Garage car park at 114-128 Flinders St, you’ll need to take the lift to Level 10, walk to level 11, then take the stairs (there is a door) up to level 12.
