Description
"There is a law" is a pivotal, definitive masterpiece by the Zelle Asphaltkultur (ZA) collective that caused a massive stir in the urban landscape of Düsseldorf.
This monumental, typographical piece directly targets the unyielding dynamic between illegal graffiti, property rights, and state regulation. The mural became so influential within and outside the subculture that it served as the namesake for a high-profile solo exhibition by the anonymous collective in late 2012.

In 2013 I started with a new hobby. In the beginning it was difficult to get reliable information how to find streetart in public space. In 2016, I had the idea of sharing my information with other street art enthusiasts and started my blog “Streetartwalks”. When I found out about this new street art community at the beginning of 2018, I was immediately on board.
