Description

„origami seagulls” ( „mewy origami”) is a mural created in 2016 and renovated in 2025 depicting seaguls made of paper flying across the sky. In sunny days it should create the illusion of the birds being actually on the sky not just on the wall. Seagulls (real ones, not the origami ones) are a typical sign in Sopot often stealing food from the tourist and the artist wanted to pay homage to them.

Hunter for Stockholm and Malaga. I was always interested in traditional art since my father is a painter, but when I was in high school I came across the article about Banksy and realized art can be found not only on canvas and in art galleries, but also on streets. Ever since I’m a keen street art hunter :)
