Description
An octopus climbing up the Winstanley Lighthouse - the first lighthouse on the Eddystone Rocks - reaching up to the third lighthouse, Smeaton's Tower, which now stands on Plymouth Hoe. Painted on the Salumi restaurant,with other marine creatures on the wall by the street.
