Street Art Cities

This poem by local poet Derek Otte tells a story about time; history, present and future. It was painted by artist Noel Deelen, on the side of some of the oldest houses in this part of the city going back to the 1700’s. The work was commissioned by the owner of the buildings, who has been committed to preserving monumental historic buildings in the city of Rotterdam for over 40 years.
