Partly funded by "Ash Road Area Residents Association (ARARA)" and the local council here in Leeds.
They are currently working on an ambitious new project to bring more artwork from Leeds-based artists to be enjoyed by our community and beyond.

The first of these is a mural on the gable end of a property adjacent to the local wood (as seen in the picture :-))

Street art is one way of showing an area is looked after by the local community and has been shown to have a positive effect on how people living in the area treat their environment.

The inspiration behind our first mural is the recognition of the importance of nature and green spaces in urban areas, offering opportunities for community members to enhance both their physical and mental well-being.
