Leona de Baena

Description

“Part of the Art Baniana project
“This work revolves around the figure of the Lioness of Baena. Sculpture dating from the end of the 6th century BC, belonging to Iberian art. It is believed that it had a funeral function, whose mission was to protect, in a symbolic way, the family tombs or pantheons. In the mural a composition is shown, unifying the styles of both authors, looking for a balance in color, message and composition”.
