Created for Kriol Urban Festival on the island of Sao Antão in Cape Verde. This mural celebrates a local women in a 'Bairro de lata' (social neighbourhood). The mural is painted on the side of the women's home as part of an ongoing project (raizes) by the artist to celebrate women often unseen in poorer societies.
