Riverwood Water Tank

+1

Description

Sekt Compton painted the Riverwood Water Tank Art in early 2022. Although it’s only been a short time since the artwork was created, the tank shows signs of wear and tear. The artists were asked to use their creativity to explore the significance of water in the lives of everyone in the Riverwood area. Canterbury-Bankstown Mayor Khal Asfour said the project is a unique initiative to beautify our park spaces and remember why water is so essential in our everyday lives. The main focus of the tank is a giant lizard on one side and a flying wasp on the other.
