Description
This mural was painted for the 5th edition of the @capsattackfestival in #Cergy (95). It draws its initial inspiration from the track "Lemonade" by Népal (RIP), the chorus of which alludes to the American saying (attributed to Elbert Green Hubbard): "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." It is a call for optimism and resilience—transforming the bitterness of hardship into something sweet and positive.
The artists envisioned a figure with a serene expression, head held high and turned toward the light filtering through the lemon trees, accompanied by the phrase "Le goût de la limonade" (The taste of lemonade): the taste of resilience, of growth, and of moving forward.
With its bright, vivid colors, the mural aims to light up this tunnel, a daily thoroughfare for public transport users.
