Erykah Badu

Large-scale portrait of American singer-songwriter Erykah Badu, painted in 2008 by Bilbao artist Eva Mena on the wall of Indepth House on Wellesley Road. Commissioned by Indepth Hygiene Services and completed over three days, this piece is one of the earliest landmark street art murals in Sutton.

About the Artist:
Eva Mena (also known as Den XL) is an acclaimed street artist and muralist from Bilbao, Spain. A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country, she is internationally celebrated for her expressive portraits honoring iconic women, musicians, and cultural figures.
