'The Saints'
The 4th mural mural in the Ferns series focuses on the relationship between St. David and St. Aidan and the link between Wexford and Pembrokeshire.

David (Welsh: Dewi Sant; Latin: Davidus; c. 500 – c. 589) was a Welsh bishop of Mynyw (now St. Davids) during the 6th century. He is the patron saint of Wales. David was a native of Wales, and tradition has preserved a relatively large amount of detail about his life.
Many of the traditional tales about David are found in the Buchedd Dewi ("Life of David"), a hagiography written by Rhygyfarch in the late 11th century. His best-known miracle is said to have taken place when he was preaching in the middle of a large crowd at the Synod of Brefi: the village of Llanddewi Brefi stands on the spot where the ground on which he stood is reputed to have risen up to form a small hill. A white dove, which became his emblem, was seen settling on his shoulder.

Saint Máedóc of Ferns (6th & 7th century), also known as Saint Aidan (Irish: Áedan; Welsh: Aeddan), Saint Madoc or Saint Mogue (Irish: Mo Aodh Óg), was an Irish saint who was the first Bishop of Ferns in County Wexford and the founder of thirty churches. His birth name was Áed, the name of the Irish god of the underworld, meaning "fire"
Aedan is credited as the founder of thirty churches and a number of monasteries. The first of these monasteries was on the island of his birth, now the site of 18th-century ruins and burial ground. Other monasteries include Drumlane (near Milltown in County Cavan); at Ferns in County Wexford; at Dissert-Nairbre in County Waterford; and at Rosinver near the site of his death. In Wales, he founded Saint Madoc of Ferns church in Haroldston West, Pembrokeshire. The church of Llawhaden, also in Pembrokeshire, Wales, commemorates him near the site of a ford he supposedly discovered while leading his oxen.
