Mural in honour of the 10th anniversary of Hairlab hairdressing salon.

To mark Hairlab's tenth anniversary in 2023, the exterior of their building was given a cheerful makeover. Artist Lonneke Schildert designed and created the striking floral pattern that covers the entire façade.

Hairlab celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2023. A great opportunity to brighten up the façade with a cheerful mural. Artist Lonneke Schildert chose a floral pattern that fits nicely around all the windows and the door in the façade. The colours of the flowers are coordinated with the adjacent building. Because Assendorperstraat is a prominent street, the design first had to be approved by the cultural committee. This was quite a challenge given the tight deadline, but fortunately it was a success. The painting was completed in a few days, partly thanks to the help of Lonneke's mother, who passed on her painting talent to her daughter. Muurschildering ter ere van het 10-jarig jubileum van kapperszaak Hairlab.

Voor het tienjarige bestaan van Hairlab in 2023 kreeg de buitenkant van hun pand een vrolijke schildering. Kunstenaar Lonneke Schildert ontwierp en realiseerde het opvallende bloemenpatroon dat de hele gevel bedekt.

Hairlab bestond in 2023 tien jaar. Een mooie gelegenheid om de gevel op te fleuren met een vrolijke schildering. Kunstenares Lonneke Schildert koos een bloemenpatroon dat mooi past rond alle ramen en de deur in de gevel. De kleuren van de bloemen zijn afgestemd op het naastgelegen pand. Omdat de Assendorperstraat een gezichtsbepalend karakter heeft, moest het ontwerp eerst goedgekeurd worden door de cultuurcommissie. Nog een hele uitdaging met de strakke deadline die er lag, maar gelukkig is dit gelukt. Deze schildering is in een paar dagen gerealiseerd mede door de hulp van Lonneke haar moeder die haar schildertalent heeft doorgegeven aan haar dochter.
