People Love People

Der New Yorker Künstler Timothy Goodman hat die Fassade des a&o Hostels am Mauritiuswall mit seinem Wandbild „People Love People“ gestaltet. Auf rund 800 Quadratmetern hat er im Graffiti-Stil gemalt, in Anlehnung an die Pop-Art-Ikone Keith Haring. Zum Lokalkolorit gehören auch kölsche Begriffe, die Goodman in sein Werk eingebaut hat.

New York-based artist Timothy Goodman has designed the facade of the a&o hostel on Mauritiuswall with his mural, "People Love People." Spanning approximately 800 square meters, the work is executed in a graffiti style reminiscent of pop-art icon Keith Haring. Adding a touch of local flavor, Goodman has also incorporated various terms from the Cologne dialect into the piece.
