A moment in the Pacific Northwest Forest

Painted for Collingwood BIA, in 2026.

21’x53’ Exterior Acrylic Paint

This design presents a squirrel picking a salmonberry fruit, within an ecosystem of flora, fauna, and fungi native to British Columbia. A starfish is also included as a subtle reminder that these forests exist in close connection to the ocean. The composition captures a quiet, narrative moment, where light reveals a peaceful and intimate scene—a suspended instant in which the ecosystem comes to life.
