From December 10th to January 10th, the 10/10 festival moves 800m2 into the Comteroux workshops in Perpignan. With activities every day, Urban Art Up has invited several artists from the Perpignan urban scene among Maigre, Astus2, Mahdi, La princesse Ecchymose and No Name Stencil.
