Meeting of Styles Belgium returned to Antwerp, artists from across the globe transformed more the urban arena at the Zomerfabriek in street art district Berchem, during an electrifying & scorching hot weekend of live painting, culture, and community at Meeting of Styles Belgium. Guided by this year’s theme, “Togetherness,” the artists turned collaboration into a visual language, blending styles, stories, and shared energy into one collective wall.

Alain Welter, also known as Mope, is a muralist and illustrator from Luxembourg whose playful, narrative-driven work has gained international recognition. After studying illustration in Berlin, he returned home to create “Make Koler Kooler,” transforming his village into an open-air art museum. His murals blend human–animal hybrids, humor, and subtle political commentary, often addressing nature, climate, and social change. Beyond walls, he has designed buses, stamps, books, and major commissions. With projects across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, Alain continues to expand his global footprint while keeping storytelling and environmental awareness at the core of his art.
