Topo

Joe Johnston's restaurant, Topo, was inspired by iconic Americana roadside architecture, such as the  Bulldog Cafe .

Johnston decided the restaurant had to have an oversized gopher, topo in Spanish, because they are "an ongoing nemesis we have at the farm."  (AZ Central, 2019)
