It's one of those spots where the signs are on the walls that those in charge enjoy the art witch has been made. In this underwalk there are pieces which must have been there for years. The signal from the near by kindergarten tells the same story. Even the ceiling is painted! This is one of the walkways where kids roam every day of the week.  The date on this post is when the pics were taken. From what I can decipher one of the pieces must have been made maybe 15 years ago or so (2008).
