The inspiration for the mural is from the many trishaws stopped at the entrance to the hawker centre. These trishaws are a unique sight in the vicinity and form part of the identity of Albert Centre Market and Food Centre. Commonly overlooked visual elements around the hawker centre were collected and combined with the trishaw wheels to compose the mural's layout. Bright colours were chosen to achieve a lively effect.
