The Walgett Water Tower is on the road between Bourke and Lightning Ridge. It was painted by Jenny McCracken & Frank Wright. The mural is based on the life of Jimmy Little - image is based on a photograph by John Elliot.

Jimmy was a celebrated and beloved Australian Aboriginal musician, actor and advocate. A Yorta Yorta man, he was raised on the Cummerangunja Mission in New South Wales.
