This is a very cool public Art project made of steel that rises above the International Bridge in El Paso. It evokes a desert rainstorm, with the puffs on the top being the clouds and the beams representing the deluge of water that quickly shows up. Sebastian is one of Mexico's sculptors of greatest reknown.
