Helen Bur painted locals at 19 different locations throughout the city of Geel in miniature on their own shop. In this way, visitors to the centre literally get a picture of the person behind the shop.
The portraits are part of the Efro-project 'Street in the spotlight'.
This is a clothing store called "Caramel" that will soon be moving to another address in Geel. So there is a good chance that Helen Bur's work will disappear at this location due to renovations.
