Viale Piave overpass, Stradone Santa Lucia

The viale Piave overpass represents the northern entrance portal to the ZAI of Verona. A series of powerful pylons raise the road bridge to the level of the buildings originally present on the site and create space for branches towards the neighboring neighborhoods. The dimensions, the development on different levels and the contrasts with the surrounding buildings make the space narrow but at the same time captivating.

The vertical elements of the underpass are used as a support for advertising posters and graffiti.

They have been thinking about demolishing it for several years.
