Hermida, from Chaos the Menina

This mural is my tribute to Eduardo Hermida for his 17 years of the festival.

His hands hold the white Menina, a symbol of future and hope, while in front of her a dark Menina remains on a broken wall, overgrown with weeds.

With this gesture, I wanted to represent what Eduardo has achieved:

a neighborhood of fallen, sad and dark walls

transformed into streets full of life, color, and shared memory.
