Jeff Woodbury visited Marijampolė from the US for the second time.This time, the artist gifted the city with another work, Winds, which appeared on another wall of Gediminas Passage. In it, he immortalized the changing rhythm of life and the wind raging over the fields, using the colors of the Lithuanian and Ukrainian flags.
