Ocean Of Dreams

A colossal whale, ethereal as a breath, cuts through space in a fluid movement, suspended between reality and vision. Its body, immense yet weightless, breaks apart into fragments of colour and shifting patterns, as though it were emerging from a dream—or dissolving into one. It is a silent, magnetic presence, floating effortlessly through an undefined landscape, carrying with it the echo of an imagined, intimate, and profound world.

Across its skin flow textures and inscriptions that endow it with a dual soul: urban and dreamlike. Letters, graffiti, and symbols intertwine like fleeting thoughts, akin to those that cross our minds in sleep—cryptic messages that surface upon waking only to dissolve again. Among them stands out a phrase: “Never stop dreaming.” A gentle yet resolute invitation to embrace the boundless potential of imagination.

Around the whale, floating ribbons of orange and white swirl in its wake like trails of liquid energy. Their curves heighten the sense of movement, blurring the boundaries between dream and reality, between figure and abstraction. The scene is thus charged with a poetic, vibrant dimension that seems to exist outside of time.

The chromatic contrast between deep blues and the warmth of yellows and oranges creates a striking visual balance. The whale, mythical and serene, becomes an emotional vessel, a guide that, with its gaze turned towards infinity, invites us to follow it on an imaginary journey.

With this work, the artist explores the dream as a limitless space: a territory where thoughts and forms merge freely. The whale, a creature of the depths, becomes a messenger of the unconscious—a presence accompanying us into the unknown, where the impossible takes shape and becomes real.
