Mural created in 90’s style by artist Rory Lee in 2023 to celebrate Old Strathcona Business Association 30 year anniversary.

On the mural we have some epic icons of local businesses you will find on Whyte ave.

Some of the businesses included:

1. When pigs can fly- a cute little gift store.

2. Cat on a book- for Wee Book Inn a used book store.

3. A margarita for Julio’s Barrio a Mexican restaurant

4. Sneaker for Foosh a street wear shoe shop
