The mural "Always Faithful" depicts the Hero of Ukraine, Major Serhiy Volynsky, a native of Poltava, commander of the 36th separate brigade of marines with the call sign "Volyn".

It was one of the symbols of the defense of Mariupol at the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion. In May 2022, he was captured, where he stayed for 5 months.

The mural is located in the Podil neighborhood, it is clearly visible from the observation deck in the historic center of Poltava.
