At La Cicer, the most popular surf spot in Las Palmas, you can find this big mural to commemorate Julián González Pérez, a bodyboarder who passed away following an accident at El Frontón in December 2022. It is not only a beautiful piece of street art, but shows the spirit in the surf community in Gran Canaria. The mural reads “Nada es para siempre, pero hazlo inolvidable.” (Nothing lasts forever, but we can make it unforgettable.)
