This design shows that we all stand on the shoulders of others. Branches and flowers grow from the earth, forming a large figure: a symbol for our community and ancestors. Two people sit on the shoulders of this figure: a young, green branch and an old branch that is slowly disappearing. It shows that we are all made up of the people who came before us. It is about collaboration, connection, and how we support each other, now and in the future.
