Three members of the Tehuelche tribe (a indigenous tribe of Patagonia) are painted over the colorful background of the whipala, the flag of the indigenous people of what is now Argentina. The balcony is in Palermo-Hollywood, one of the hippest parts of Buenos Aires where the bloody history does not play a role. Only slowly does the memory come back.
