Another beautifully decorated Vic Roads signal box by "Melanie Caple" in Melbourne's bayside hub of Frankston.

The signal box on the corner of Beach Street and Young Street features a detailed "Big-Belly Seahorse" with accompanying silhouettes of other seahorses completing the artwork.

Big-belly Seahorses are found in both South-East Australian and New Zealand waters, including the nearby Port Phillip Bay which adds further context and relevance to the location and theme of the artwork.
