This mural is dedicated to the Crimean Tatars, their difficult past and today's struggle.  The picture shows a young modern Crimean Tatar woman in traditional clothes, symbolizing the past, deportation, occupation and diaspora.  She looks at the silhouette of the map of Crimea, which appears below her in a bouquet of flowers.  The golden Crimean tulips in the bouquet and the background of the blue sky behind it are the colors of the golden tamga on the flag of the Crimean Tatars.
