Dévoilée lors de l'inauquration en présence de Françoise Mabille, |'œuvre a également marqué leur toute première rencontre. Un moment fort, chargé d'émotion, où I'artiste et son modèle se sont découvertes à travers le regard de I'autre.

Plus qu'un portrait, cette fresque célèbre un engagement, une trajectoire et une histoire humaine, inscrite dans la mémoire du territoire.

Inspire: "For this edition in Bouville, the organization "Inspire" chose to honor a local figure: Françoise Mabille, a resident of the area and France’s first female firefighter.

Carole B has created a powerful and sensitive portrait, paying tribute to this pioneer with an extraordinary life story. Painted on the building that once housed the village post office, the artwork integrates seamlessly into the landscape.

Unveiled during the inauguration in the presence of Françoise Mabille, the piece also marked the very first meeting between the two women—a poignant, emotion-filled moment as the artist and her subject discovered one another through each other’s eyes.

More than just a portrait, this mural celebrates a life of commitment, a unique personal journey, and a human story now woven into the memory of the local area.
