This mural has been created by Lithuanian artist Rolandas Ivanauskas and a group of local artists and workshop participants. The main mural by Ivanauskas (hands offering flowers on purple background) was created as part of the project „A Million Voices“. The artist will create the same mural in three places: Bonn (Germany), Warsaw (Poland) and Vilnius (Lithuania). The Intention of the art project is to show solidarity with Ukrainian refugees and to make them feel welcome when they pass the mural. This project was initiated by EUth Wonders e. V.

Around the main mural local artists and participants of a workshop offered by Arts Four Love e.V. created more street art. The participants were between 15 and 49 years old and had different degrees of experience.

As the murals are positioned at the walls of the bicycle underpass that links Kölnstrasse and Kaiserstrasse please beware of bikes sometimes passing at high speed.
