New piece by Chemis. Logo of Czech Television (public TV) being torn. Current government is trying to change the system of financing of the TV from a public-paid fee which ensures the TV a political independence to a system in which it becomes part of a government-controlled budget. While the government is visibly motivated by similar practice in Hungary and Slovakia, big part of the nation protests and fights for keeping the current system as they do not want to see the TV transforming to a pro-government communication channel.
