This mural was painted to show admiration and respect for Vili Milisits (1948-2021), founder of Vili’s Family Bakery. The plaque underneath proudly declares: “Hungarian at birth, Australian by choice.”

Vili is depicted holding a meat pie (scored with a V) while shaping the letter with his fingers in a symbol of victory.
