GOLDFISH REVERY

Beautiful Painting, part of the interventions of the Festival "Keep it written 2024" in Xeraco, Valencia, organized by local artists Peloch, Elrond and the crew Grow Up, and sponsored by the town local Council.

The Mural shows a young woman with casual wear, sitting pensively on the rim of a giant fishbowl filled with orange goldfish.

This mural can be described as a blend of street art illustration, and magical realism. It combines figurative realism with the dreamlike concept of a person sitting on a fishbowl introducing surreal elements into an otherwise grounded human emotion

The artwork relies heavily on a saturated monochromatic background (deep purples and violets) to make the contrasting warm skin tones, blue denim, and orange goldfish pop visually.
