Hampstead Emporium

Painted on a rough brick wall in an alleyway off Perrin's Court, this illustrative mural was created to celebrate and draw foot traffic to the reopened Hampstead Emporium and its community of independent traders.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

James (known as Choots) is a London-born muralist, illustrator, and fine artist whose work blends spontaneous doodle flow with structured, vibrant compositions. Drawing inspiration from skate culture, ancient civilizations, marine life, and club aesthetics, Choots has executed over a hundred murals worldwide—from Bondi Beach to New York—alongside commercial commissions for major brands and independent local spaces across London.
