THE ARTIST - MadC was born Claudia Walde in Germany in the 1980s. Over 25 years of continuous engagement with art, both on the street and in galleries, she evolved from a teenager starting with a spray can to one of the world's leading contemporary urban artists.

THE Project: The UKW, the people, the city and lots of art - public and for everyone. UKW - that is a creative explosion of cultures, exporting and importing feelings of home, creating vibrant living spaces and enabling diverse encounters - simply great art from da street to the people.
