This large-scale street art was created during June 2022 using innovative paint that reduces air pollution. All of the colors used were hand-mixed by the author himself, as it requires high precision to mix the correct tone, while at the same time the process of painting must be calculated accurately, since the paint dries out within 3 hours of being mixed. According to the author, the mural illustrates the tale of Riga, which will never be finished. The artwork's irregular shapes illustrate our society, environment and development, which are all unique on their own, but together create a large, beautiful form of synergy. The water elements included in the mural remind of the flow of time, that is ever-present in our lives. It is finished with a background of light and dark greys which are a tried and tested standard, while also working as a reminder to focus less on the insubstantial. 
The mural has been created as part of a collaboration project of three Baltic street artists - Darius Janonis (Lithuania) , "Colorless art" (Estonia) and Dainis Rudens (Latvia). Similar large-scale colorful murals can be found in Vilnius and Tallinn.
