Gli street artist locali, attraverso la trasposizione della tecnica del kintsugi − antica arte giapponese usata per riparare oggetti in ceramica usando una mistura di lacca e oro in polvere o, più raramente, argento − mostrano un San Michele che ha curato le sue ferite con l’oro. In questo modo, le fratture diventano trame preziose. L’opera vuol rendere omaggio alla comunità di Bastia Umbra, in memoria degli sforzi e dei sacrifici che è stata chiamata a compiere durante la pandemia.

Local street artists, through the transposition of the kintsugi technique − an ancient Japanese art used to repair ceramic objects using a mixture of lacquer and powdered gold or, more rarely, silver − show a Saint Michael who has healed his wounds with 'gold. In this way, fractures become precious textures. The work wants to pay homage to the community of Bastia Umbra, in memory of the efforts and sacrifices it was called to make during the pandemic.
