The mural was created by students of the Smíchovská SPŠ a gymnázium guided by DjLu / Juegasiempre for Factor-H as a part of the 2025 International HDYO (Huntington's Disease Youth Organisation) Congress.

The mural aims to raise awareness about Huntington’s disease, which affects both motor and cognitive functions.

The portraits’ stencils were based on the Vladimir Marcano’s photos of the actual children suffering from this disease.
