Hall of Fame - Grüner Pfad

Description

After the decline of heavy industry the network of railway tracks, formerly used for the delivery of raw materials to the blast furnace plants, was developed into a pedestrian and bycicle path network. The „Green Path“ is an approximately 10-kilometer stretch of this network in the field of Duisburg and Oberhausen.
The Hall of Fame is situated next to Motikat Entsorgung at Winterstraße 29 next to the „Green Path“.

In 2013 I started with a new hobby. In the beginning it was difficult to get reliable information how to find streetart in public space. In 2016, I had the idea of sharing my information with other street art enthusiasts and started my blog “Streetartwalks”. When I found out about this new street art community at the beginning of 2018, I was immediately on board.
