Ça baigne

For the festival Street-Art « Ceci n’est pas un tag ».

The artist said “Water is the source of life on earth. It is an essential element for vegetation, animals, humans, all forms of terrestrial life. Through this painting, I wanted to illustrate "water is life", and we must preserve it. You will say it is a bit corny, but this year, especially water we have lacked it... and this has important consequences for our blue planet and the life of all species. I chose to paint my daughter in her bath, who leans over and seems to call out to us with her big smile, her mischievous look through her swimming goggles... in people... realize that as long as there is water there will be life, so it's swimming! Let's just know how to preserve it. I thought about this painting a few months ago, without knowing that the mother of the house I painted was pregnant... the due date was at the end of the first week of October, the mother was finding the time long... when the morning of September 30... I arrived to finish my painting. The shutters were closed... I said to myself... oh oh something must have happened and guess what..? Little Anais showed up the day I was finishing this fresco. Coincidence??? Maybe or not, no one will know. In any case, the story is beautiful and I wanted to share it with you. Welcome to little Anais, this fresco is dedicated to your birth, you are the first baby "this is not a tag".
